Meet Candice
I’m a former U.S. Air Force professional with a background in operations, public affairs, and people-centered leadership. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in roles ranging from supply and equal opportunity to Director of Operations and Interim CEO for the Better Business Bureau, experiences that shaped my commitment to trust, integrity, and thoughtful leadership.
I’m also a creative at heart and an entrepreneur by nature. I love connecting with people, bringing ideas to life, and making things both functional and beautiful. From owning a juice bar to leading organizations, I’m most fulfilled when I’m building experiences that feel intentional, welcoming, and meaningful.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and sports mom. I bring the same care, energy, and dedication to my family and community as I do to every project, always with the goal of creating spaces where people feel supported, inspired, and at home.
