About Candice Agee-Reed

Candice Reed serves as the Brand Marketing Manager for Olive + Oak Realty, where she leads the vision, strategy, and creative direction behind the brokerage’s brand presence and client experience. With a background in the United States Air Force and extensive leadership experience in operations and communications, Candice brings both strategic thinking and creativity to the Olive + Oak team.

Throughout her career, Candice has served in a variety of roles spanning operations, supply management, public affairs, and equal opportunity leadership within the Air Force. She later transitioned into executive leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Interim CEO for the Better Business Bureau. These experiences shaped her commitment to integrity, transparency, and thoughtful leadership, values that continue to guide her work today.

A natural creative and entrepreneur, Candice thrives at the intersection of strategy and storytelling. She has a passion for building brands that feel authentic, welcoming, and meaningful. From owning and operating a local juice bar to leading organizational initiatives, she is energized by creating experiences that connect people and bring ideas to life.

At Olive + Oak Realty, Candice oversees brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and creative direction, helping ensure the brokerage’s message, design, and client communication reflect the values of service, excellence, and community that define the Olive + Oak brand.

Outside of work, Candice is a proud wife and dedicated sports mom. She brings the same energy, creativity, and care to her family and community as she does to every project she leads. For Candice, meaningful work is about creating spaces, both professionally and personally, where people feel supported, inspired, and at home.
