Jade Flynn is a real estate professional, property management expert, and the founder of Foundry & Stone Group at Olive + Oak Realty. She also serves as co-owner of Summit Property Partners, a full-service property management company serving Elizabethtown, Hardin County, and the surrounding Fort Knox area.

As a veteran wife and proud mother of four, Jade understands firsthand the realities of military relocation, transition, and building stability through homeownership. With her husband’s 20 years of service in the United States Air Force, she has experienced the challenges of moving, starting fresh, and investing wisely. This perspective allows her to guide military families, homeowners, and investors with both empathy and strategic insight.

Jade’s foundation of leadership and service was shaped through 15 years as a worship pastor, where she cultivated integrity, compassion, and strong communication. That same commitment to excellence now defines her approach to real estate and property management. Over the past four years, she has helped clients navigate buying, selling, investing, and leasing with clarity and confidence.

As the leader of Foundry & Stone Group, Jade has built a team centered on integrity, community, excellence, and genuine care. She believes a home is more than a structure. It is the foundation of a family’s story and long-term stability.

Through Summit Property Partners, which she co-owns alongside Olive + Oak founder Tara Still, Jade provides professional property management services for homeowners and real estate investors.
