Born and raised in Kentucky, Jessica is based in Elizabethtown, where she purchased her first home and is now raising her son in the same community her family has proudly called home for nearly 20 years. Her deep local roots, combined with her personal experience owning and operating a successful short-term rental and completing a full mid-century modern renovation, give her a well-rounded and practical understanding of today’s real estate market.

Jessica is a graduate of Meade County High School and attended the University of Louisville. Her professional background in economic development and major accounts, paired with her experience as a real estate investor across Hardin, Meade, and Jefferson Counties, as well as South Central Pennsylvania, allows her to approach every transaction with both strategic insight and a strong analytical foundation.
