I am Leah, a recruiter, entrepreneur, dog lover, and music enthusiast with deep roots in Hardin County. I have built a beautiful life in Elizabethtown with my husband Mark, our two amazing girls Maddy and Reese, and our fur babies Mia and Higgins.

I thrive on helping people, organizing chaos, and bringing encouragement into every room. I have a heart for supporting others, building strong teams, and creating systems that make life easier and more enjoyable for everyone I work with. My goal at Olive + Oak is to serve clients and agents with excellence, clarity, and genuine care.

Outside of work, you will usually find me connecting with new people, enjoying a concert, trying out local restaurants with my family, or planning our next adventure together. I love life, I love people, and I am excited to bring that to the Olive + Oak community.
