About Michele Gorin

Michele Gorin is a creative problem-solver, organizer, and self-proclaimed researcher who can turn a five-minute question into three hours of research, a spreadsheet, a plan, and probably a brand-new idea.

Curious by nature and particular about the details, Michele has a knack for seeing what isn’t quite working and finding a better way forward. Behind the scenes at Olive + Oak Realty, she brings that mindset to organizing systems, improving processes, solving problems, and helping keep the many moving pieces of a busy real estate brokerage running smoothly.

Michele also has a strong creative side, with a love for home design, photography, branding, decorating, and bringing ideas to life. That combination of creativity and organization makes her equally comfortable dreaming up something new and figuring out exactly how to make it happen. She speaks both Spanish and German, bringing an additional level of communication and connection to the Olive + Oak team and the clients we serve.

Outside of work, Michele’s greatest role is being a wife to Brett and mom to Izzy, Millie, and Bex. Family is at the center of her life, and she is deeply invested in the people her children are becoming. She’s the one they can count on for advice, encouragement, a thoroughly researched answer, or simply someone firmly in their corner.

At her core, Michele is a creator, researcher, organizer, and problem-solver who believes there is almost always a way to make something work a little better.
